Jolene Harnish is a multi- talented Canadian Country recording artist and dynamic business owner who effortlessly balances her passions and pursuits. Known for her soulful voice and heartfelt songwriting, Jolene is making waves in the Country Music scene with her authentic sound and genuine charm. She’s been performing and entertaining since she could walk. Hailing from Nova Scotia, Canada and born into a family of musicians, she has been surrounded by music her entire life.  Her latest single, set to release in February 2025, was recorded in Nashville, showcasing her dedication to crafting music at the heart of country tradition. Beyond the studio, Jolene stays busy captivating audiences alongside her band, Rugged Lace, with high-energy performances and memorable live shows.  Jolene has graced the stages of large festivals, aired on national radio and Sirius XM radio, and has collaborated with some of Canada’s and Nashvilles most prolific songwriters and producers.

And through all of Jolene’s accomplishments, awards, ups and downs the one thing she hopes listeners will take away from her story is “it’s never too late to follow your dreams”.

Attending the LP Creative Writing retreat in Nashville March 23rd, 2025, and Tin Pan South, working with LeAnn Phalen Songwriters workshop out of Nashville and connecting with writers all over the world

Set to Release “One Road Town” Feb 7th 2025

Played 36 shows with 10 being private functions and 2 Festivals around the province of NS.

Performed on the prestigious Live on-air CTV Christmas Daddies Telethon.

Attends the 2023 CCMA Awards week in Hamilton. Performs in the Singer/Songwriter showcase on behalf of the East Coast Country Music Association

 “Blueberries”  Releases to all global streaming platforms. Released to  national radio.

Jolene performs at StanRogers Festival and begins the Evolution Tour

Jolene releases ‘Heart Too Big To Break’ to all global streaming platforms. Releases nationally to Canadian Radio.

 Jolene began working with RMM Artist Development. Mentor Roberta Michele is one of Canada’s top tier accomplished song writers, producer and vocal coach. Together, they have worked on a collection of songs with ‘Heart Too Big’ being the first release of the collection.
‘Staycation’ was added to 171 country CBC Sirius Radio accompanied with a fun music video. Another self-written single was released titled ‘Home to Me’.

 Already a marketing guru with her promotional company Cloud Nine Promotions Jolene launched a brand apparel line called Staycation Apparel which also inspired a new self written single titled ‘Staycation’. This new business venture inspired her to pick up her love for music again.

Jolene released ‘On a Wing and a Song’ which hit East Coast country radio and was featured as a top 10 artist on the East Coast Countdown.

Jolene resided in Toronto and Nashville sharing her gift and performing. She also collaborating on songs with producers Rick Hutt and Thomas Wade.

 Jolene was the lead singer in a rock band named Angel Fire.

Jolene recorded a three song EP title ‘You’re Starting Something’ and performed on the mainstage at Stan Rogers Folk Festival.

Fun Fact: Growing up her parents would host parties and Jolene would perform for their guests singing anything from Madonna to Janie Fricke and Tanya Tucker.
